Goldsboro Police said Marcella Jean Lee, 50, stole five packs of North Carolina Education Lottery tickets while she was at work.
Lee, an employee of Adams Mini Mart at 2000 N. William Street, was charged after Pinnacle Holdings, Inc. filed a complaint. Pinnacle Holdings, Inc. owns the Adams Mini Mart.
Lee was placed in the Wayne County Jail on a $7,500 secured bond.
