Fayetteville Police said Kenneth Jerome Gamble, Jr., 38, Fayetteville, died when his car collided with two other vehicles in the intersection.
Gamble was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
No one else was transported to the hospital.
The Fayetteville Police Department Traffic Unit is investigating the crash, and is asking anyone who may have seen the crash to please call them at (910) 433-1036. No charges have been filed at this time.
