2 injured after being ejected in car crash

DURHAM Authorities believe a SUV collided with another vehicle at the intersection of N-C 55 and N-C 54, causing the SUV to turn over.

The impact of the crash was so violent, that two people were reportedly ejected.

N-C 55 was shut down for more than an hour while police investigated the scene.

Emergency responders apparently witnessed the wreck and called it in to authorities.

There is no word yet on how badly the victims were hurt in the wreck.
