Soldier faces 12 sex offenses against two children

A Fort Bragg soldier is facing numerous sex offenses against children.

The Fayetteville Police Department, in conjunction with Fort Bragg's Marshal's Office, arrested 28-year-old Tiro Waters Thursday.

Authorities charged Waters with 12 sex offenses involving two children. The alleged incidents occurred over a six month period of time starting in September 2010.

Waters serves in the 82nd Sustainment Brigade and is being held under a $250,000 bond.
