Jeremy Andrew Jefferson is charged in two incidents.
The first happened April 4. An employee of Andy's Restaurant said a man with a black cloth covering his face robbed him outside the eatery and took a bank deposit.
Then on April 26, two employees says they were robbed outside the New Century Bank on Spence Avenue around 11:20 p.m. Detectives say they were able to identify Jefferson when he pointed a gun at them.
Deputies went to Jefferson's Mount Olive home Wednesday morning and arrested him. They say evidence linking him to the robberies was found in a vehicle at the residence.
Jefferson was taken to the Wayne County Jail. Bond was set at $150,000.
