Officers arrested Joseph Luther Lewis around 6 p.m. Friday on Gavins Street.
Lewis and two others are facing charges in the death of 71-year-old August Hosack. He was shot in the leg while in his caron Orlando Street, which is in the Massey Hill community just off Camden Road.
Police are still looking for two suspects -- LaQuin Lamar Corbin and Amy Yarboro Collins.
