Detectives arrested Michael Anthony McArthur Tuesday. He's charged with first-degree murder in the death of 18-year-old William Trower.
Investigators found Trower inside a car on Raeford Road on July 2, 2011. They say he had been shot in the head.
Police say the shooting stemmed from gang fights and a shooting inside Club Ciroc as the club was closing.
McArthur is in the Cumberland County Jail without bond.
