The Raleigh-based bakery has locations in Apex, Wake Forest and Cary.

Owner and head baker, Andrew McCook says his passion for dishing out sweetness began when he was a child. McCook tells ABC11 he has been cooking and baking since he was able to reach the stove had help his mother. His knack for business also started young. McCook says as a child sold cookies and lemonade.

If you're thinking you've seen him on a cooking show, it's because you have. McCook and his sister Sarah McCook, owner of McCookies, won the grand prize on Netflix's Sugar Rush Season 2.

It appears satisfying sweet cravings and making people smile runs in the family.
