Garner's 'Shop with a Cop' makes Christmas brighter for 44 children

GARNER, N.C. (WTVD) -- The Garner Police Department hosted its annual "Shop with a Cop" event Sunday morning.

Police and sponsors were able to help 10 families have a better holiday season.

They took the families on a shopping trip to the Target in White Oak Shopping Center.

Thanks to the effort, 44 children will now have a brighter Christmas.
