ACA deadline is Dec. 15, here's a list of locations to sign up

The deadline to sign up for the Affordable Care Act is December 15 and the Get Covered Wake Coalition is hosting an enrollment-a-thon.

Walk-ins are permitted. If you'd prefer to make an appointment, you can do so by calling 1-855-733-3711 or going online to ncnavigator.net.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

-Social Security Numbers or document numbers for immigrants

- Employer name and phone number, and income information for every member of the household who is working or has income and needs coverage; and

-Information about any other health insurance coverage that might be available to members of your household.
