LENOIR, North Carolina (WTVD) -- UPDATE: A missing Lenoir, NC toddler has been found safe and in good condition in Knoxville, Tenn.

ORIGINAL STORY:

The Lenior Police Department is searching for a missing child, 2-year-old Rylee Scott Watson.

Rylee Scott Watson is a white female, approximately 18 inches long, weighing 30 pounds. She has blonde hair, and unknown-color eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink striped dress, and pink light up Skechers shoes.

The suspected abductor is Zachary Scott Watson, who is described as a 31-year-old, white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 170 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes. He has a tattoo on his left arm of a cross, and the right arm has a tattoo of a sun with "Ayden" with stars.

Rylee was last seen at Jason Place in Lenoir, traveling eastbound toward Mooresville or Wilkesboro, NC. Authorities are looking for a black 2014 Toyota Tundra with NC license tag number EKT-5702. The black 2014 Toyota Tundra has a broken out rear window.
