Detectives arrested Kishorkumar Kaneria, 45, Tuesday. He is charged with statutory sexual offense, second-degree forcible /*sex offense*/, first-degree kidnapping and taking indecent liberties with a child.
Investigators say Kaneria held his 13-year old victim against her will and forced her to participate in inappropriate behavior with him. The incident reportedly occurred on March 15, 2008.
Kaneria is being held in the /*Cumberland County Detention Center*/ under a $121,500 secured bond.
