The highway patrol says warrants have been drawn up against Christine Meyers.
The 41-year-old /*Raleigh*/ woman remains hospitalized for injuries she suffered in the April 1 wreck.
Meyers was also arrested in November for /*DWI*/.
State Troopers say she crossed the center line on /*Buffaloe Road*/ and struck an on-coming Honda Accord.
People who live near the intersection of Buffaloe Road say they've seen their share of wrecks but nothing as tragic as what they saw April 1.
Webb was on her back deck watching the when it happened.
"That silver Honda came up behind the suburban sitting right here," she said. "Whoever passed, when they passed him, they hit straight on."
34 -year-old Ruben Medina and his 10-year-old son Jefferson died in the wreck.
