Michael Robert Kelly, 40, of Morrisville is charged with five counts of second degree exploitation of a minor and five counts of third-degree exploitation of a minor.
Durham investigators say they started looking at Kelly in January when he came to their attention through the work of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC).
Kelly was being held on a $175,000 bond.
