One dead in Raleigh shooting

RALEIGH Hayes was taken to Wake Med where he later died.

Police arrested and charged 17-year-old Joshua Simmons with the murder in Garner, Sunday morning.

Authorities say the shooting wasn't a random act and stemmed from some kind of dispute between the two.
