It started at U.S. Highway 64 and Debnam Road when the driver wouldn't pull over for a traffic stop.
The driver eventually lost control of his car and crashed into a parked tractor trailer at the Lizard Lick Road exit.
The man then jumped from the car and ran.
There's still no word on why deputies were trying to pull him over.
