Investigators said Dmani Michelle Parker was headed south on Country Club Drive near McChoen Drive around 3 p.m. when she lost control of her SUV.

Parker's SUV crossed the centerline and hit a tanker truck and then a car. Parker was thrown from her vehicle and died at the scene.
