Major Army cuts under 2019-budget plan

They protect our freedom, but in the next few years, there may be a potential massive troop reduction in the U.S. Army.

USA Today reports under the 2019 budget plan the Army would be slashed by 100,000 soldiers.

Right now, the Army has 528,000 soldiers.

The 420,000 troops are a reflection of automatic budget cuts planned in the coming years.
