Brothers help injured shark
The animal had fishing lures stuck in its jaw

DESTIN, Fla. (WTVD) -- Two brothers stunned beachgoers in Florida when they helped an injured predator.

Logan Lakos grabbed the large hammerhead shark by the tail and pulled it to shore. His brother Marcus caught it all on camera.

The shark had two hooks and a lure stuck in its mouth, hampering its ability to eat food.

Logan said once other people realized he was trying to help the shark they pitched in too. The video shows them splashing water on the animal.

Logan said the shark didn't appear to have any other injuries after it went back into the water.

Both brothers say they've received praise from people who witnessed the event.
