One dead after SUV crashes into home in Wake Forest

WAKE FOREST, N.C. (WTVD) -- One person is dead after an SUV crashed into a home in Wake Forest Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened on Burlington Mills Road.

The North Carolina State Highway Patrol confirmed that the crash, involving a Honda SUV, was fatal.

It's unclear whether the person who died was in the vehicle or in the home.
