Eastbound lanes of I-40 at Hammond Road reopen after crash

RALEIGH, North Carolina (WTVD) -- The lanes have reopened after a crash closed most of the eastbound lanes of I-40 near Hammond Road in Raleigh.

The incident happened about 6:45 p.m.

Traffic is backed up at the scene.
