DURHAM, North Carolina (WTVD) -- Durham Police have arrested a man in connection with an October 24 armed robbery on Chapel Hill Road.
Elijah Rakwon Swain, 19, was arrested Sunday on Holloway Street.
Back in October, a man told police officers he was getting out of his truck in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 2900 block of Chapel Hill Road when he was approached by two men. One was armed with a gun and the second was armed with a knife. The suspects took the victim's phones and a wedding ring.
The victim's 13-year-old son was scratched during the robbery.

Swain has been charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy and assault by pointing a gun. The second suspect has not been identified.
Swain is being held in the Durham County Jail under an $805,000 bond.
