Bad wreck on Durham Freeway

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Emergency crews were on the scene of a bad wreck on the Durham Freeway.

It happened late Sunday night near the Fayetteville Street overpass.

Both cars had significant damage to the front of their vehicles. Our crew was on the scene as first responders worked to get the drivers out of their cars.

No word yet on the cause of the crash or any injuries.
