Home destroyed by fire north of Durham

TIMBERLAKE, North Carolina (WTVD) -- A 2-story home north of Durham was destroyed by a fire Monday morning.

Pictures from Chopper 11 showed firefighters inside the house on John Rogers Road just south of Satterfield Road in the Timberlake area between Durham and Roxboro.

There was no immediate word on injuries or how the fire started.
