Raleigh man accused of DWI with child in car

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- A Raleigh man is accused of getting behind the wheel drunk with a child in the back seat.

Raleigh police say Brandon Lee Churchill faces DWI and misdemeanor child abuse charges.

Authorities pulled him over Friday night in the 6400 block of Falls of Neuse Road.

According to the arrest warrant, he is the child's uncle and the child is younger than 16.

Churchill is due in court later this month.
