PNC Arena upgrades will enhance your experience

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Hockey season is just around the corner, and right now, some major construction work is going on at PNC Arena.

So when all you hockey fans get to the Hurricanes first game next month, you will see some really big changes during the game.
