Raleigh teen charged with distributing nude photos of a minor on Facebook
RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A Raleigh teen is charged with distributing nude photos of a minor on social media.
According to arrest warrants, 18-year-old Tamoz Samuel-Kelie Roberts is charged with one count of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
The warrants allege Roberts unlawfully, willingly, and feloniously possessed "material containing visual representation of a minor" engaging in sexual activity, like nude photographs. Authorities said Roberts then knowingly distributed the nude photographs of the minor on Facebook.
Roberts is being held at the Wake County Jail under a $60,000 secured bond.

Cormega Zyon Copening, 17, faced charges of sexual exploitation of a minor because of photos found on his cell phone. Investigators said the teen and his girlfriend were sexting images to each other and the photos were discovered during an investigation of another case.
