Man found shot, laying in Fayetteville front yard

FAYETTEVILLE. North Carolina (WTVD) -- Authorities in Fayetteville are investigating a shooting after a man was found injured and laying in a front yard late Thursday night.

It happened just after 10:30 p.m. on Kellam Circle.

The man was taken to Cape Fear Valley Hospital in unknown condition. His name has not been released.

Police say it was not a random shooting, and that narcotics were found on the lawn.

There are no suspects at this time.
