FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- The North Carolina Missions of Mercy held a free dental care clinic in Fayetteville Friday.
Treatment was on a first come, first serve basis. It's offered to residents who could otherwise not afford treatment.
Dentists are performing free cleanings, basic fillings, and teeth pulling.
The event started at 6 a.m. at the Cumberland County Crown Coliseum. The Missions of Mercy announced on their Facebook page that they had reached the maximum number of patients they could treat by late Friday morning.
