2 shot in Harnett County, deputies search for getaway car

HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- The Harnett County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting that sent two men to the hospital Sunday.

Authorities said it happened around noon in the 500 block of Caley Drive near Fuquay-Varina. Deputies found two gunshot victims at the scene.

Herman Douglas, 21, and Terry McClean, 20, were both taken to WakeMed for treatment. Their conditions are unknown.

The sheriff's office is looking for a Chevy Malibu, tan or brown in color, with after-market chrome wheels. The Chevy Malibu might have left the scene, deputies said, and it was occupied by four black males.
