DURHAM, NC (WTVD) -- The Durham Police Department says a man found dead along railroad tracks Monday morning was shot to death.
It happened near NC 55 and Carpenter Fletcher Road.
Investigators said 29-year-old Javan Burt of Durham was pronounced dead at the scene.
