Lee County Schools Superintendent resigns, effective immediately

LEE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- A shake up for Lee County Schools.

Superintendent Dr. Andy Bryan submitted his resignation effective immediate.

Dr. Bryan has been with the school system since 2006 and has served as superintendent since 2013.

The school board has not given a reason for the resignation.
