1 dead after car crashes into Wake County creek

WAKE COUNTY, N.C. (WTVD) -- The Wake County Sheriff's Office said one person died after a car crashed into a creek off Mangum Dairy Road.

Deputies said they arrived on scene around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night and needed a tow truck to get the car out of the creek along with Highway Patrol working on scene.
