Missing man in Apex found

APEX, NC (WTVD) -- A missing man in Apex has been found.

The North Carolina Highway Patrol used a helicopter to assist the Apex Police Department in the search for 75-year-old Joseph Robert Hertzig Tuesday after a Silver Alert was issued.

The Silver Alert was cancelled at noon. Hertzig is said to be okay.
