MLK Day Observance Program held at First Baptist Church in Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- On Friday, North Carolina state employees hosted the MLK Day Observance Program at First Baptist Church in Raleigh.

Special guests included Wanda Bryant, the Associate Judge on the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Gov. Roy Cooper also spoke at the event.
