Save on Nutcracker tickets with food donation
RALEIGH (WTVD) -- The Carolina Ballet is offering $10 off a regular priced ticket with every food donation of 4 canned items which will go to The Raleigh Rescue Mission.
The discount applies for the 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. shows at Raleigh Memorial Auditorium on Tuesday, Dec. 22.
"This is the first time we've done a partnership with the Raleigh Rescue Mission," explained Carolina Ballet Executive Director, Nate McGaha.
"It's a great opportunity, we're having a fantastic time in this community. We're able to have a world class ballet putting out great work all year and this is an opportunity for us to partner with Raleigh Rescue Mission and give back to the community. In addition to that, we're giving out over 2,000 tickets every year to similar organizations that serve those in need," McGaha said.
