Man robs motel near downtown Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Police are on the scene where a Super 8 motel at 2501 S. Saunders St. in Raleigh was robbed Friday night.

It happened in the lobby of the motel, police said.

The suspect fled the scene after the robbery. He has not yet been found.

No one was injured in the incident.

Raleigh Police had no other details immediately available.
