A school bus driver is charged with assault and child endangerment after he was seen in surveillance video poking a girl with an umbrella while driving.
It happened in Columbus, Ohio.
The driver is seen jabbing the 6-year-old in the face eight times, all while behind the wheel of the bus.
The girl's family is now suing him and the school district for millions of dollars.
