'Police activity' causes delays on New Bern Avenue in Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- 'Police activity' caused traffic delays on New Bern Avenue in Raleigh between Sunnybrook Road and Interstate 440.

New Bern Avenue was closed for a few hours but has since reopened.
