DURHAM (WTVD) -- An apparent innocent bystander was hurt in a drive-by shooting in Durham on Friday afternoon.
According to police, a 40-year-old man was walking along Ridgeway Avenue when a car pulled up beside him. Someone inside the car fired multiple shots, police said.
The victim, who has not been identified, was shot several times in his arm and leg.
Police said the victim's injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
No charges have been filed.
