Second man arrested in fatal Wilson shooting

WILSON, N.C. (WTVD) -- Wilson Police say they have arrested a second suspect in connection with a fatal shooting Sunday.



Police charged 31-year-old Jose M. Reyes with first degree murder in the death of 41-year-old Victor Rojas.

Investigators found Rojas in the 1700 block of MLK Jr. Parkway Sunday evening after receiving a "subject had been shot" call.



Reyes is currently being held in jail under no bond.



Another man, 33-year-old Jose D. Lara-Zavala, was captured in Durham earlier this week. He is also charged with first-degree murder in the case.
