Statewide Amber Alert issued for 15-year-old girl

UPDATE: The Amber Alert has been canceled Wednesday. Dixie Mae Bailey has been found and is OK, according to authorities.

The Brevard Police Department is searching for a missing child named Dixie Mae Bailey, possibly en route to Georgia.

Dixie Mae is a 15-year-old white female, approximately 5-4, weighing 114 pounds.

She has brown hair with orange streaks, and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a peach-colored pullover, black tights and cowboy boots. She has piercing in both ears.

Officials think she may be en route to Atlanta.
