Pedestrian fatally struck on S. Saunders Street in Raleigh

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Raleigh police are investigating after a pedestrian was fatally struck on S. Saunders Street.

Police said it happened just after 10 p.m. on Feb. 1 on South Saunders Street near Pecan Street.

According to authorities, the pedestrian was taken to WakeMed but did not survive his injuries.
