
DURHAM, N.C. (WTVD) -- Durham Police have made an arrest in a case where a man was stabbed to death on the American Tobacco Trail last month.
LaRue Barbee had been wanted in connection with the March 9 death of Chesleigh Eloyd Lyons, who was found dead behind a building near the trail.
Barbee, of Durham, was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree murder.

He was being held at the Durham County Jail under no bond.
Barbee is scheduled to make a court appearance on Thursday.
