Truck crashes into North Raleigh apartment building

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Emergency crews responded to a North Raleigh apartment complex after a pickup truck crashed into a building Friday.

The crash happened on Forest Oaks Drive, off Old Wake Forest Road.

Authorities were called to the scene after the vehicle slammed into an apartment building. It's not yet clear what caused the truck to roll or whether anyone was inside when it struck the building.

Officials have not yet released details about injuries or the extent of the damage to the building.
