RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Just released search warrants reveal the terrifying final moments of a young pregnant woman's life.
Kimberly Richardson was six months pregnant when she was shot near Triangle Town Center in Raleigh on April 18.
The warrants showed Richardson and her boyfriend, Daniel Steele, were meeting to discuss problems they were having in their relationship.
Richardson told officers that Steele shot her.
Richardson had two gunshot wounds in the back. She later died at WakeMed. Her daughter was delivered prematurely but survived.
The warrants show Steele, who is the baby's father, later admitted to shooting his girlfriend.
He's now charged with murder.
