Latest crop of Raleigh police officers graduate

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- The 113th class of police officers graduated from Raleigh's police academy Friday.

Twenty-five officers were sworn in at a special graduation ceremony at the Raleigh Convention Center. The new officers join a force of nearly 800 and officials say they're always on the look out for new recruits.

Applications for the winter 2016 academy are due By Monday, August 31st at 5 p.m.
