Raleigh police seek information about 2009 murder

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Police need the public's help in solving a six-year-old murder case.



Rodriquez D'Shay "Rodney" Burrell, 18, was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 500 block of Haywood Street on the evening of May 25, 2009.



He was taken to WakeMed, where he later died.



Three suspects were charged with murder in connection with Burrell's death in September 2009. However, those charges were later dismissed.



Police say all details are important, and even the smallest amount of new information could be important to solving the case.
