MILWAUKEE -- The Republican candidates for president met in their fourth debate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Tuesday night.
Candidates Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina, John Kasich and Rand Paul took questions from moderators. Fox Business Network's Neil Cavuto and Maria Bartiromo, along with The Wall Street Journal's Editor-in-Chief Gerard Baker, moderated the event.
The criteria to make the debate differed this time, which is why two candidates -- New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee -- were bumped from the prime time debate and appeared in the undercard debate. Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum also took part in the undercard debate.
Excluded from both debates were South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, former New York Gov. George Pataki and former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore.
