FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- More than 200 roads in eastern North Carolina are still closed nearly four weeks after Hurricane Matthew.
Twelve of those are in Cumberland County. And five of those roads won't open until next year.
And at least one of them will remain closed until 2018.
